  • Escalation from Client to Carnotec  
  • Mobilization of a technician for survey purposes 
  • Conducting a thorough survey by the technician to analyze the problem  
  • Report on finding sent to Carnotec back office, and subsequently, the client  
  • Issuance of a quotation for the corrective works  
  • Approval by the client to proceed with the works, issuance of LPO  
  • Corrective works carried out 
  • Monitoring of equipment for 24 hrs, in case of parts replacement  
  • Approval of works by the client  
  • The signing of the service report 
  • Submission of service report to the client with an invoice
